The step by step guide to your Dream Home

Phase 1: Initial FREE consultation

One of our designers will visit your property, with no obligation, to talk through what you want to achieve, discuss your visions, requirements and budget. The first meeting it’s the perfect opportunity for the client to see more examples of our work portfolio, make relevant questions about our services and to express the kind of feel and look they have in mind for their residence.

Following this meeting we will send you a quotation for the interior design service we propose to undertake.

Phase 2: Design Stage - The Journey Begins

After having established and understood your needs and visions, we survey the property for accurate measurements and draw up full floor plans in AutoCad and/or 3D coloured visual elevation plans, together with colour and sample boards with different materials and fabrics so you can have a very close idea of what to expect in the final result. No surprises. We will suggest a few design conceptions and explore your preferences.

We are able to supply you with bespoke furniture items made to fit your space and design scheme, such as built in fabulous wardrobes, kitchen cabinets and tables, sofas and armchairs, curtains and blinds, softenings and everything else your home needs to become your dream home.

Phase 3: Project coordination - Inspiration into reality

Once our designs are approved by you, we work with our experienced building contractor team to deliver the finished scheme.

We provide all necessary technical drawings and full specifications to ensure that projects run smoothly, managing the ordering process so that materials arrive on site when needed to avoid any delays. If necessary, we’ll submit planning application to your local council regarding any work needed on roof, party walls, foundations, extensions, etc.

Lighting, electrical, plastering and painting, plumbing, tiling and decorating contractors are fully trained and we provide you with a one year warranty for our services. All the appliances come with a five year warranty.
Pipedreams Interiors coordinates and manages daily all professionals involved in the project to make sure deadlines are met and your satisfaction is our main goal.
